Laura Commissioned by National Opera Studio

Squad grad Laura Attridge has been selected by the National Opera Studio to collaborate with one of their exceptional young singers and repetiteurs, to write a bespoke aria. The piece will be showcased in June alongside 11 other new pieces by exciting new composers and librettists at Hoxton Hall in Shoreditch/Hackney. Tickets here!

The score will be written by Lewis Murphy with whom Laura recently collaborated to facilitate the Squad’s project with the Royal Northern College of Music, A Manchester Songbook. The two have recently launched their own website.
