Poetry and Spoken Word Group Panel 2021: Building Resilience as a Poet

Hannah Hodgson will be taking part in a session on resilience and mental health for poets, led by The Society of Authors. She will be joined by Amy Acre and Jaspreet Kaur in a discussion chaired by Deborah Alma, featuring both a Q and A and poetry readings.

The session will cover questions like: how can we cultivate resilience? How can poets support each other? How can we cope with rejection, and overcome our fear of it, as authors?
