Create Healthy Minds: Writing for Wellbeing (NAWE Conference)
Squad grad Hannah Morpeth will be at this year’s NAWE conference, talking about writing for wellbeing. Hannah’s workshop will explore how we can use creative writing as a tool to improve emotional well-being. The workshop will involve engaging in writing exercises to broaden your understanding of using creative writing in a way to promote wellbeing. Hannah Morpeth is a qualified mental health nurse and creative facilitator with experience of working with young people in both of these settings, she hopes to equip you with new skills to use in your own practice and improve awareness of supporting emotional wellbeing.
