Lauren C. Maltas

Lauren is a writer from Calderdale, West Yorkshire. She writes fiction and essays on themes including memory, queerness, the past and future.
In 2022, her work-in-progress novel ‘Perseverance’ was awarded second place in the Writers & Artists Working Class Writer’s Prize.
Her prose and poetry has most recently appeared in SAND, Caught by the River and Strix.
