Lauren is a writer based in Manchester, originally from the Calder Valley. She writes fiction and essays on themes including memory, queerness, the past and future.
In 2022, her work-in-progress novel ‘Perseverance’ was awarded second place in the Writers & Artists Working Class Writer’s Prize.
Her work has most recently appeared in Strix, Caught by the River, SAND, and Seedlings.
