Safeerah Launches the 2020 South Bank Review

Squad 8 grad Safeerah Mughal has launched this year’s South Bank Review. Working as editor for the class of 2020 graduating from English Literature and Creative writing at London Southbank University, the magazine’s theme was ‘Journeys’.

“For my creative piece I chose to explore both a physical and emotional journey. Set during the Pakistan and India Partition, my story follows a young boy who fights to keep his family and friends safe,” said Safeerah. Explore the full magazine online here.
