Hannah Wins New Poets Prize

We’re thrilled to share that Hannah Hodgson is one of four winners selected by The Poetry Business for their 2021 New Poets’ Prize. The prize is a pamphlet competition for writers aged 17-24.

Hannah’s winning collection Queen of Hearts was described by the competition’s judge, Kim Moore, as ‘a gift which invites the reader to look at the world differently.’

The four winners will receive a masterclass with Kim Moore and editorial and mentoring support from The Poetry Business, publication in The North 67 (Winter, 2021) and a launch reading upon publication.
