Say Owt is York’s loveable and raucous poetry organisation, hosting some of the noisiest spoken word events in the UK. For this end-of-season showcase, they’ve brought back the previous three Slam Champions, Prerana Kumar, Susuie McComb and Dami Okhiria. These engaging and exciting performers won Say Owt Slams #20-22 with their highly-charged, lyrical and spell-binding verse. Now is their chance to perform intimate and powerful poetry sets outside the slam format.
Plus 2018’s co-Champions of Champions, Lily Luty & Kit Rayne will be returning for special sets.
9.30-10.30pm (after David Jarman’s spoken word/music piece Made of Nowhere performing 8-9pm)

Please Note This is a ‘Pay what you want’ event on the door. However, tickets can be purchased for £3 in advance to guarantee entry.
