Alice Joins The Forge

A huge congratulations to Alice Hiley, who has been selected by Northern Broadsides to join their Young Writers’ Forge.

The Forge is a programme for a group of 16-25 year old beginner playwrights. Led by the company’s Resident Assistant Director, Hallam Breen, they will learn the fundamentals of playwriting. The Forge will result in 16 brand new short plays, which will be performed by professional actors in a rehearsed reading/scratch performance later this year.
