Lenni Sanders
Lenni Sanders is a writer based in Manchester whose debut pamphlet Poacher was published by The Emma Press in May 2019. Her second poetry pamphlet Bowl of Grapes was published by Broken Sleep Books in September 2026.
Lenni's poetry reviews have been published in The TLS, The North and PN Review.

As well as reading at live literature events, Lenni has also performed poetry at festivals including Kendal Calling. From 2015 to 2018 she collaborated with Harry Jelley under the name Curious Things, making interactive performances for museums and heritage organisations.
Lenni also has experience in creative writing facilitation, previously running Project M with James Varney to plan and deliver workshops for a group of writers based in and near Manchester aged 16-22, brought together by The Writing Squad.
Lenni previously edited for Cadaverine, the online magazine publishing work by writers under 30. Her poems have appeared in Basket, bath magg, Occulum, The Tangerine, Grimoire, Butcher’s Dog, Adjacent Pineapple and elsewhere.
