Trinity attends Poetry School
In a partnership between the Squad and The Poetry School, Trinity Robinson has been awarded a free place of the School’s Pathways Through Poetry course.
The two year course is for poets who may have missed out on a poetry-related university education or who have been writing for years but have significant gaps in their knowledge of form, craft and contemporary poets.
After early success as a Foyles Young Poet, Trinity has since concentrated on film-making. Based in Sunderland, the online nature of the course suits Trinity’s circumstances and she says, “this is a life-changing chance for me to build on eight years of self-teaching and gain the confidence and education to pursue writing as a career.”
