Guruleen is originally from Birmingham but is now based in Manchester, studying a BA in English and Creative Writing.

She primarily writes prose and scripts, with her work focusing on the inner lives of characters.

Her current projects include being a part of the English Heritage’s Young Producer scheme and the Writing the Archive program.
