Matt Will Be Paid!

A continuation of our relationship with Northern Broadsides has enabled Squad8 grad Matthew Ingram to write a response to their production of They Don’t Pay? We Won’t Pay!, an adaptation of Dario Fo’s 1970s farce Can’t Pay? Won’t Pay!

Over ten weeks, Matt will facilitate 20 students at the University of York’s department of Theatre, Film and Television in workshopping the themes of the play, finding ways in which they exist today in an ultrafast, increasingly divided world. He will be supported by Broadsides’ Artistic Director Conrad Nelson and writer of the Fo adaptation, Deb McAndrew.
