Ruth awarded a PhD Scholarship

Ruth Kelner has been awarded a fully funded PhD scholarship with the University of Leicester’s new Leverhulme Centre for Humanity and Space, and in collaboration with The National Archives.

Ruth’s project is called Space Stories at The National Archives. She will be undertaking a practice-based PhD looking at theatrical depictions of outer space and writing a play in response to archival materials on the subject. She will focus on how we can use theatre to redefine our relationship to space.
